Carnival Liberty
SOUTHERN PINES, NC—Andrew Pudewa, internationally known education speaker, will be joining the 2020 Classical Conversations Capstone Cruise May 4-8 on board the Carnival cruise ship Liberty.
Pudewa will be speaking to a packed house as cruise participation continues to increase dramatically. Bookings for the cruise are already 40 percent ahead of last year, and the number of seniors for the 2020 commencement has already surpassed last year’s total.

Southern Pines, NC—Classical Conversations programs are beginning again. And maybe you are torn between keeping your student in Challenge III or IV and receiving the full benefit of a CC education or having them dual-enroll in college classes to get a head start on their college education and save some money. The answer is that you don’t have to choose! Your student can continue in Challenge III and IV—AND get college credit—through the Classical Conversations Plus program.

Woo Family
Julieta Woo says she has never won a drawing or a contest in her life, so she was surprised to learn there was a drawing for the recent Challenge Graduates Survey for Parents and Students and doubly surprised that she had won the drawing and the $300 prize.
Julia Herrin
What’s the accepted stereotype of a homeschooled young woman? Painfully shy, bookish, given to classical music. Five years ago Julia Herrin certainly fit that stereotype to a T. But that young woman was nowhere in sight June 29 as Julia was named first runner-up for Miss South Carolina Teen.
Every child dreams of being the best of the best—being Tom Brady or Steph Curry or Christian Pulisic—so for those Classical Conversations students who have earned the title of Memory Master over the past few years, you can now dream of becoming the best of the best, the one and only National Memory Master!
The 2019 National Number Knockout (N2K) competition is gearing up to return to the high seas this May. Sixteen finalists from across the nation will compete for the title of 2019 N2K National Champion and a $10,000 cash prize onboard the Carnival cruise ship Victory on May 1.
