Sales Project Manager


The Sales Project Manager is responsible for developing and managing projects and processes for the sales team and effectively communicating timelines to various stakeholders and will be responsible for the functions and areas assigned by the Director of Sales Support. The successful Sales Project Manager will provide support to the sales team to help improve sales processes and productivity and work collaboratively with other Classical Conversations Departments (IT, CCMM, Training, Communications, Marketing, etc.). The individual must have in-depth knowledge of Classical Conversations’ sales cycles and strong technical skills to support the reporting and analysis function for the sales team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-year Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of Classical Conversations Sales Team experience
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends, including travel to support off-site meetings and events, when needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to communicate with a variety of personality styles
  • Collaborate and manage projects, assuring deadlines, tools/equipment, and personnel needs are met
  • Create and manage documentation for sales and sales-related functions using established company tools (Adobe Sign, One Drive, CRM,  Workfront)
  • Manage Expense reports as needed
  • Schedule meetings with team stakeholders and ability to use other software to schedule meetings
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Able to work at a fast pace and be flexible within an ever-changing and dynamic work environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor; have a “service” attitude and “We can do” mentality

Essential Functions:

Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Report to the Director of Sales Support
  • Manage projects and processes for the Sales Team, such as:
    • Effectively develop and communicate timelines and milestones to various stakeholders in any given project
    • Standard Operating Procedures
    • Alignmix and Product Sales Pay Processes
    • Selling with Noble Purposes projects
    • Convention projects
    • Other projects as assigned by the Director of Sales Support
  • Represent VP of Sales and collaborate with other departments as assigned by the Director of Sales Support
    • Collaborate with CCMM, IT, Operations, Marketing, and other CC departments
  • Support sales team to help improve sales processes and productivity
    • Assist Sales Managers in the equipping of Sales Team to take full advantage of CC tools including CRM, Workfront, Zoom, and MS Teams
    • Develop and deliver training materials for Sales Team as needed by the Director of Sales Support
    • Process and deliver timely and vital communications to the sales team as needed by the Director of Sales Support
  • Communicate and model the Classical Conversations Core Values – Grace, Humility, Integrity, Diligence, and Excellence
  • Perform other duties as assigned

No Supervisory Responsibilities

Work Environment:
Work from a home office with consistent high-speed internet, and quality headset. The laptop will be provided
